Chapter 7 – The standard fee charged to represent a Chapter 7 Debtor is $845.00, inclusive of the $299.00 filing fee, initial credit counseling fee, and copy expenses.

Chapter 13 – The ordinary fee charged for a Chapter 13 case inclusive of the $274.00 filing fee is $3,000.00, of which, $599.00 must be paid at the time of filing and the remaining $2,401.00 will be paid by the Chapter 13 Trustee as part of the plan payments made by the Debtor.

Chapter 11 - As a condition of undertaking representation of a Chapter 11 Debtor, Mr. Bardwell requires the payment of a retainer based on the complexity of the case. The matter is billed by Mr. Bardwell at his customary hourly rate of $225.00 per hour. The Chapter 11 client is responsible for additional fees and expenses if and when the retainer is fully expended.
